I WANT MY BODY BACK

My husband and i are planning a vacation to Puerto Rico for our anniversary in July. But since i had the baby i have not lost the weight and my BELLY is so out of control and i just can't take it anymore. This happen because i stay home and eat junk food all day long, i don't go to the gym anymore, and i was not thinking about my health. Having three kids i find it so hard to just fit everything all in one day :-(. My husband on the other hand is very !very! fit and he makes it to the gym every night after he gets home from work and have dinner with the family. When is it going to be my time to go to the darn gym . I know what your say what is stopping me from getting to the gym? well i have a 2 year old that would DIE if i ever left him in the nursery @ the gym. this would be the announcement the i would get over the loud speaker ( MRS.DAVIS PLEASE PICK UP YOUR MONSTROUS CHILD FROM THE NURSERY NOW!!!!!!) LOL. So...what is a girl to do @ this point. I started my diet but my big problem is the eating i always feel hungry :-# i cant stand it.

MY QUESTION IS HOW DID YOU GUYS LOSS THE WEIGHT?

  1. Try a jogging stroller, exercise videos, or even Wii Fit! Try walking more instead of driving- that helps too. I also starting trying Lean Cuisine meals and to my suprise, some of them are pretty tasty. Good luck, I know how hard it is to get motivated.
